Clean and helpful staff good location. Used hotel for overnight stop whilst travelling through France.

Could be a very good boutique hotel but will need a refurbishment.

Secure parking in the town centre and excellent breakfast facilities

I paid for an upgraded room when I arrived at the hotel, which was larger than normal rooms in France.

Two words: no elevator. After dragging my bag for 15 minutes from the station, I was given a room on the second floor which meant lifting it up 2 flights of steep, narrow stairs. There was no one to help. This hotel needs a small elevator.

Great location, quiet, very bright breakfast room opening onto courtyard. Nice shower and bathroom sink.

Room needed refreshing. When we returned at night, the room had a horrible sewer smell that was coming up out of the drain pipes in the bathroom. It was too late to disturb the staff and change rooms, so we slept with the window wide open on a very cold night. The response we received when we informed the manager of the problem the next day was that he had thought that the problem had been fixed. In other words, it had happened before.

Well located hotel with good staff. Stairs might be a problem for some. Bathrooms old fashioned, but spotlessly clean. Breakfast a bit disapointing.

An excellent location in a very interesting small city of historical interest. The garage parking (10E) was next to the Hotel and very secure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room furnishings were quite basic although we were probably allocated the smallest room in the hotel because we had booked through you and the best price was quanteed. The hotel was value for money as breakfast was included in your price. We would stay there again.

Parking provision is limited, you have to pay for a parking place. You have to pay extra for air-conditioning.

It was a central location which was very handy as there seems to be a lack of taxi's in Saintes.

Air conditioning was very poor and rooms were very hot.

A very good hotel with nice rooms on a good location in the centre of town. They did a lot of extras to make the hotel look nice and that gives a very good athmosphere.

At first they gave us a room without airco, what we did not like. Then they gave us another room with airco, but we had to pay 6 euro per day extra for it. There is not much to see or do in town, you dont really want to be here.
